1) Jay’s wife, Hannah Eastham is a true southern girl. She was born and raised in Texas. Hannah actually met her future husband Jay Bruce in high school, according to FAB WAGS.
2) They began dating while still in school, and have been inseparable ever since. When Jay was first called up by the major leagues, Hannah followed him to Cincinnati, Ohio to play for the Reds.
3) Since then, she’s travelled to New York, Seattle, Philadelphia, and Cleveland. That was when her husband Jay played for the Mets, Mariners, Phillies, and Indians, respectively.
4) Hannah and Jay got married in 2012. They have two children together: Carter and Max.
